About this experience
A general overview prepared by Cre8fans × SKUx. It is not addressed to, or about, any one company. Figures and names marked illustrative are samples, not client data. Published SKUx results are individual case examples, not forecasts for any other program.
Who does what
Cre8fans — the moment and the customer journey. Audience activation, campaign entry, claim experience, customer journey.
SKUx — the value and verified commerce. Wallet value, spend rules, payment infrastructure, purchase verification.
Gartner marketing survey, April 2026
More than eight in ten U.S. consumers (81%) say they aim to ignore and tune out ads. A Gartner survey of 1,539 U.S. consumers conducted in October 2025 also found 52% take active steps to block ads. Used in this piece as a market reality about advertising in general — not a statement about any one brand’s customers, and unrelated to the ad-spend forecast shown alongside it.
Gartner CMO Spend 2026
Average marketing budgets at 7.8% of company revenue. 73% of CMOs characterized enterprise growth expectations as high, very high or overly ambitious. Supporting research; not part of the primary narrative.
Nielsen, 2025
85% of marketers reported confidence in their ability to measure ROI. 38% identified sales or ROI as a top or second-most important measure of success. Set against holistic measurement rates, the gap reflects fragmented measurement across channels rather than a lack of competence.
Nielsen Annual Marketing Report, 2025
32% of global marketers reported measuring traditional and digital media spending holistically. Survey of 1,400 global marketing professionals. Nielsen identifies fragmented data, siloed teams, too many tools and unclear KPIs among the barriers to effective measurement.
Gartner, 2026
84% of companies in Gartner’s research were caught in a brand-measurement “doom loop”: unclear impact, lower confidence, tighter funding, weaker measurement. Companies caught in that cycle were found to be half as likely to exceed organizational growth targets. This concerns brand measurement specifically — it is not a claim that 84% of advertising fails or that marketing dollars are wasted. Survey research; the relationship is an association, not a demonstrated cause.

Worldpay Global Payments Report 2026
Reporting 2025 transaction value: digital wallets accounted for 56% of global e-commerce and 33% of global in-person transaction value. United States: 40% online, 17% in-person POS. The globe in this piece is an illustrative metaphor for global commerce activity, not a live or real-time transaction feed.
Global Payments — Commerce and Payment Trends Report, 2026
United States, 2025 survey data: digital wallets are the most-used online payment method for 39% of 18–24-year-olds, 41% of 25–34-year-olds, 33% of 35–44-year-olds, and 9% of people 65 and older. The cohorts shown in this piece are the ones the report breaks out.
PYMNTS Intelligence, Apple Pay @ 11, 2025
Weekly in-store mobile wallet use: millennials 49.4%, Gen Z 43.2%, Gen X 29.6%, baby boomers 7.9%. These figures refer to surveyed U.S. consumers who had made an in-store purchase in the previous seven days. Fielded 14 August – 22 September 2025, n = 2,683. Year-over-year growth reported in the same research: Gen Z +79%, millennials +112%, Gen X +137%, baby boomers +147% — growth from very different bases.
Federal Reserve Financial Services, 2025 Diary of Consumer Payment Choice
Adults ages 18–24 made 45% of all their payments using a mobile phone. Mobile-phone payment is broader than mobile-wallet usage and is not exclusive to any one wallet provider.
Deloitte consumer research
Roughly 4 in 10 surveyed American consumers exhibit value-seeking behavior, and depending on category approximately 10–40% of perceived brand value can come from factors other than price.
Dentsu Global Ad Spend Forecasts, May 2026
Worldwide advertising spend forecast at approximately $1.06 trillion in 2026.
ANA Programmatic Media Supply Chain Transparency Study
$0.36 of each dollar entering a demand-side platform effectively reached the consumer in the studied open-web programmatic supply chain, with roughly $22 billion in potential efficiency gains identified for client-side marketers. This is specific to programmatic media supply chains — not a claim about all advertising spend. ANA states adoption of better practices could raise effective value to 50 cents or more. This reflects supply-chain loss and suboptimal spend within one media ecosystem — not fraud, and not a claim about all marketing.
Imperva 2025 Bad Bot Report
For 2024 internet traffic: 51% automated, 37% classified as bad-bot traffic. This is general internet traffic, not social-media engagement specifically.

Cre8fans is the activation layer: it turns an existing moment of attention into a claim opportunity. Nothing here promises a specific result for any brand. The proposal is a controlled test.
